2. General Principle
Participation fees grant access to proprietary technological infrastructures, internal systems, simulated environments, and evaluation frameworks operated by Riffard Funded LLC.
3. Non-Refundable Access
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, fees are considered non-refundable once access to the internal systems has been granted.
4. Riffard Access Subscriptions
Riffard Access is billed as a monthly subscription. Subscription payments provide access for the relevant billing period and are not automatically refundable after access has been activated.
5. Institutional Selection
Institutional Selection by Riffard is a one-time access payment of $899. Once access to the evaluation environment or internal systems has been granted, the payment is generally non-refundable.
6. Technical Malfunction
Refund requests may be reviewed where a verified technical malfunction prevents system access and cannot be reasonably resolved by Riffard Funded LLC.
7. Administrative Error
Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of confirmed administrative error, duplicate charge, incorrect billing, or registration processing issue.
8. No Refund for Performance
No refund is granted due to trading performance, account locks, rule breaches, risk violations, failed evaluations, payout review, market conditions, or dissatisfaction with results.
9. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed at the discretion of Riffard Funded LLC. Approval of a refund remains exceptional and does not create any future obligation or precedent.
10. Payment Provider Delays
Processing times depend on payment providers, banks, blockchain networks, card issuers, jurisdictions, and third-party financial institutions.
