Access to Riffard Funded systems is private, contractual, conditional and discretionary. Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, investment service, advisory service or guaranteed right to remuneration.
Program Nature
Riffard Funded provides access to proprietary internal technological environments designed for behavioral observation, trading discipline evaluation, risk-management calibration and operational interaction with internal systems.
Riffard Access
Riffard Access is a subscription-based structured access program operated within a controlled environment. Daily cooldowns, maximum risk per position, mandatory Stop Loss, automatic locks, account resets and payout cycles are governed by the proprietary terminal and backend systems.
Any funded account with no valid trading activity for seven (7) consecutive calendar days may automatically be classified as Inactive. Once classified as inactive, trading access, payout requests and account operations may be suspended without prior notice.
Reactivation is not automatic. The Participant must purchase an Account Reset directly through the dashboard before the account can be reactivated.
Subscription Commitment & Late Subscription Payments
By subscribing to a Riffard Access plan, the Participant agrees to a minimum subscription commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months. Subscription fees are automatically charged each month using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
Upon initial registration, the Participant shall pay the initial purchase price of the selected Riffard Access account, which constitutes the account registration fee, together with the first monthly subscription fee. Both amounts are charged immediately upon completion of the purchase. By completing the purchase, the Participant expressly authorizes the immediate charge of the account registration fee and the first monthly subscription fee, as well as the automatic monthly renewal of the subscription using the payment method provided, unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
If the Participant requests cancellation before the end of the twelve (12) month commitment period, all remaining subscription fees for the unexpired portion of the commitment period shall immediately become due and payable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Participant expressly authorizes Riffard Funded LLC and its payment providers to charge the payment method on file for any outstanding subscription amounts due under the agreed commitment period, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's terms.
If a scheduled subscription payment fails, the associated account will be suspended immediately.
To reactivate a suspended account, the Participant agrees to pay a late payment fee equal to 200% of the applicable subscription amount. Reactivation will not occur until all outstanding amounts, fees and charges have been paid in full.
Riffard Funded LLC reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate any account that remains unpaid for an extended period.
Trading profits remain associated with the account and are not forfeited solely due to inactivity. Reactivation restores access while preserving accumulated trading profits. However, the thirty (30) day payout cycle will restart from zero upon successful account reactivation. Unless suspension, adjustment or forfeiture is required under internal fraud-prevention, compliance, security or risk-management procedures.
Riffard Funded LLC reserves the right to modify the inactivity period, reset requirements, applicable fees and account status at any time without prior notice.
Risk Governance
Trading activity may involve simulated conditions and non-real allocated capital. Risk rules, cooldowns, payout holds, anomaly reviews, account restrictions and backend controls may be applied at any time according to internal governance mechanisms.
Account Inactivity & Reactivation
Any funded account with no valid trading activity for seven (7) consecutive calendar days may automatically become inactive.
While inactive, trading access, payout requests, withdrawals and account operations may be suspended until an Account Reset has been purchased through the Participant's dashboard.
Account inactivity alone does not result in the loss of accumulated trading profits. Following a successful Account Reset, the account is reactivated with all accumulated trading profits preserved. However, the thirty (30) day payout cycle automatically restarts from zero upon reactivation. Riffard Funded LLC reserves the right to conduct additional compliance, fraud-prevention, security or risk-management reviews before reactivating an account or processing any financial attribution.
Financial Attribution Framework
Any financial attribution, payout, remuneration or recognition remains discretionary, non-guaranteed, non-recurring and subject to internal review. No payout, income, institutional access or future result is automatic or guaranteed.
Institutional Selection
Institutional Selection by Riffard is an internal observation and evaluation framework designed to assess discipline, behavior and long-term risk management. It does not constitute a public investment offer, capital allocation guarantee, employment guarantee or payout promise.
Confidentiality & Proprietary Systems
The Riffard Funded ecosystem, terminal, risk logic, scoring systems, operational flows, design, narrative, data structures and internal mechanisms constitute proprietary assets. No right, license or authorization is granted unless expressly provided in writing.
Data Processing & Privacy
Riffard Funded LLC may collect, process and store information necessary for system operation, compliance procedures, security, behavioral analytics, operational metrics and internal governance mechanisms.
