These Terms govern access to Riffard Funded internal systems, subscription-based programs, simulated trading environments, platform usage, payments, restrictions, and discretionary financial attributions.

2. Nature of Services
Riffard Funded provides access to private internal technological systems, controlled simulated trading environments, proprietary infrastructure, behavioral observation tools, and risk governance mechanisms.
3. No Financial Advice
Riffard Funded does not provide investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, asset management, or solicitation of investments.
4. Simulated Capital
Any capital displayed within Riffard Funded environments may be simulated, non-real, and used only for internal evaluation, behavioral measurement, risk calibration, and platform operation.
5. Account Access
Access to any program is conditional, private, non-transferable, revocable, and subject to internal rules, risk controls, compliance checks, payment status, and operational review.
6. Payments & Pricing
Riffard Access pricing starts from $19.99 per month. Institutional Selection by Riffard is priced at $899 as a one-time payment. Pricing may vary depending on the selected product, plan, or offer.
7. Risk Rules
Risk limits, daily cooldowns, mandatory Stop Loss rules, account locks, payout holds, resets, anomaly reviews, and backend controls may be enforced automatically by Riffard systems.
8. Payouts
Any payout or financial attribution is discretionary, non-guaranteed, non-recurring, subject to internal review, and does not create any acquired right, salary, employment relationship, or guaranteed income.
9. User Responsibility
Users remain fully responsible for their actions, decisions, trading behavior, account usage, risk exposure, tax obligations, local compliance, and information submitted to Riffard Funded.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Abuse, fraud, identity misuse, circumvention of rules, manipulation, reverse engineering, copying systems, exploiting technical defects, or breaching confidentiality may result in immediate suspension or termination.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, interfaces, systems, terminal logic, risk engines, narratives, internal processes, data structures, and proprietary mechanisms remain the exclusive property of Riffard Funded LLC and Riffard Group.
12. Termination
Riffard Funded may suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke access to its systems at any time in case of rule breach, suspicious activity, non-payment, operational risk, or internal decision.
Final Notice
These Terms are supplemented by the Sovereign Legal Framework. In case of inconsistency, the official legal framework and applicable internal rules shall prevail.
